DIGITAL PHOTO PRINTING

All Glossy and Matt prints up to 12” x 10” are on KODAK “Royale” photographic paper. Lustre prints are on Fuji Crystal Archive.

Both are high quality heavyweight papers and your photos will last many lifetimes.

We can print your photos from digital files in any size that you require up to A1 (33” x 24”).

• All except 12” x 10” are available in Glossy, Lustre or Matt. 12” x 10” is available in Glossy only
• All are available in Colour or Black and White or Sepia
• All are available with or without white border
• All orders will be supplied with personalised index prints

All orders of more than 10 prints up to 8” x 6” packed flat and securely. Sizes up to 12” x 10” and all orders of less than 10 prints will be supplied in card folders within card backed envelopes within ‘Jiffy’ bags.

Larger sizes will be rolled and mailed in cardboard tubes.

The larger sizes are available on plain paper, on lightweight or heavyweight gloss paper, on canvas or on heavy ‘art’ paper. Although this is printing rather than a ‘photographic’ process you will find the colour and quality comparable.

We can print to any size in between the standard sizes, and in colour or black and white or sepia. A great many ‘special effects’ can be achieved. Tell us what you want and we will contact you if further guidance, specification or payment is required.

Sending us your Digital Photo Files

Life will be simpler and quicker if you send a fairly small file (say 1MB) and let us expand it. This works well for good quality – in terms of exposure and focus - images.

Alternatively a ‘zip’ file will do the job adequately. If this doesn’t suit, and you want to control the resolution yourself you might prefer to send the file on CD by mail (see “mail order” section).

For ease of transmission there is no need to expand the file at your end, we will do that for you - within reason, we cannot do magic and make your phone picture into a masterpiece.

Pricing for Printing Digital Photos

All prices include packaging and postage by First Class mail within the UK. Minimum order value £5.00

If you provide us with a mobile telephone number we will acknowledge receipt and advise despatch by text message.

• Less than 50 - 15p each
• More than 50 - 10p each

A choice of three standard sizes :

5.5” x 4”

This is fast becoming the default size for digital prints. It will slip into albums and shows the full image.

If you do not specify otherwise, this is the size you will receive.

6” x 4”

This is the conventional size from 35mm films. It will slip into albums, but it does not show the full image - we have to cut the legs off as in the example picture below :

6” x 4.5”

This will not slip into albums. It shows the full image.

To ensure quality we take care with our work and inspect most photos. If we are not comfortable printing your photos we will not do so, advising you accordingly.
